These terms apply to your use of the McCullough Clark website and client communications. Bookkeeping and advisory services are governed by the engagement agreement between McCullough Clark and each client. If anything here conflicts with your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information and is not accounting, tax, or legal advice for your specific situation. Advice is provided only within an active client engagement.

Text messaging program

The McCullough Clark client notifications program sends account-related text messages to clients who opt in, including monthly review reminders, document requests, and replies to client questions. The program is operated by Bloom Bookkeeping Services, LLC dba McCullough Clark.

Opting in. You opt in by providing your mobile number to McCullough Clark and agreeing to receive account-related texts. Consent is not a condition of receiving services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with account activity. Most clients receive a few messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resume messages at any time.
